Hampton Inn & Suites Reno

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Reno and had a great experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the standout features during my stay was the daily housekeeping service. It’s such a nice touch to come back after a long day to a freshly made bed, clean towels, and everything tidied up it really adds to the comfort of the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer questions or help with directions. The front desk team made check-in and check-out fast and smooth, and everyone I encountered seemed genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus, with a good variety of options from hot eggs and sausage to fresh fruit and yogurt. It’s a convenient way to start the day without needing to find a breakfast spot first thing in the morning. Location wise, the hotel is in a quiet part of Reno but still close enough to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Parking was easy and free, which is another added bonus. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Hampton Inn Reno for both business and leisure travelers. Between the clean rooms, solid amenities, and thoughtful housekeeping, it offers a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The welcome was professional and kind. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious.

This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have ever stayed at (And I have stayed at many). Not only was this a beautiful hotel, but the customer service is incredible. They treated me and my dog amazingly well. Thank you so much.

Absolutely a wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. We will definitely be returning when we come back to Reno for an overnight visit.

Quick one night stay here for work. I had a handicap room that was very spacious. I didn't request it, or need that size, but totally happy with the space. The staff were very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions. The pool looked nice for kids, plus a hot tub located next to it. The gym was tiny, but had enough options to get a workout in. Old machines and run down in there. Sadly that's a big deal for me. I like to exercise during trips and I like to have room to move. Location is on the edge of town and about 15 min from airport. Easy to get to from the freeway. Easy to get to shopping centers.

Large, clean room with a wet bar. The bed was comfortable. Pool was OK for swimming. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. I was able to log onto the internet once and when I was dropped never was able to connect again. Despite hours of problem solving and a call to the front desk, I was never able to connect again. We were on a road trip, but for those interested the hotel is directly across the street from the Legends casino. There is a small lake with a walking path. Typical, but decent hotel breakfast. I found the staff indifferent and uninterested.

Affordable stay in the quiet part of town… the rooms are a bit dated and the walls aren’t soundproof but it’s comfortable overall.

Nice rooms, pet friendly, and the customer service was great. The best thing though was the amazing breakfast that was offered. You absolutely could not walk away hungry unless you choose to.
